La Grange Aux Belles: charming house with sea view

La Grange Aux Belle is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated very recently with traditional materials (lime plaster, oak floor, Poplar paneling). The 3 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. Terrace and garden out of sight behind the house. The house is located at the edge of the village, 3 km from the beaches of Sainte-Barbe (for surfing and kite surfing) or Carnac (more family-friendly). All the shops in the village of Plouharnel are within walking distance.

Sainte Barbe, charming hamlet of Plouharnel, enjoy a modern house. Breathtaking view of the dunes, direct access to the beach (900 m) through the dune path. Ideally located on the "La Littorale" greenway, these are car-free holidays for your activities: surfing, kite surfing, horseback riding, cycling, walking... Quietly facing south and west, the house offers a spacious wooden terrace (70 m2) for relaxing moments while the children (or adults) will discover the Tree House.

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished for Tourism" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte Sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). We accept overnight rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with an arrival on Friday (other on request).
