This renovated house will seduce you with its quiet environment and central location offering quick access to Erdeven, Plouharnel (for water activities), Ploemel (and its golf course), Carnac (its menhirs), Etel (for its small port and estuary), Auray (and its shops)... Close to the beach and these activities.

La Grange Aux Belle is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated very recently with traditional materials (lime plaster, oak floor, Poplar paneling). The 3 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. Terrace and garden out of sight behind the house. The house is located at the edge of the village, 3 km from the beaches of Sainte-Barbe (for surfing and kite surfing) or Carnac (more family-friendly). All the shops in the village of Plouharnel are within walking distance.
