Our "Bleu Vert" gîte between the Gulf and the Ocean is located in the center of Sarzeau Bourg, shops and market 2 steps away, the Gulf trail 300 m away. The ocean beaches are 4 km away. Whether you are a couple or have two children, this new single-storey construction will certainly appeal to you. The outdoor space includes a west-facing terrace with garden furniture, all opening onto the owners' landscaped garden. The swimming pool, heated from May to September, separates the two dwellings.

You will be able to walk on the coastal trails on each side of the cottage with the possibility of reaching the pretty port of St-Goustan via Le Bono.
