TERRA (1 bedroom apartment, Koper center)

My place is suitable for couples, two or three friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with 1 child), as there is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is located in the very heart of the old city centre of Koper, 3 minutes on foot from the open market (a large parking place for 25€/week) and 4 minutes from the public beach. All main attractions are nearby, so is the public transport. You’ll love my place because of its central location in a quiet area.

Villa Eivissa by IstriaLux

Villa Eivissa is located in the small settlement of Plovanija on the edge of Croatian Istria, under the auspices of the Buje Old Town Municipality. The location of the villa is just perfect. It is 5 minutes (by car) to the first beach and 5 km to the natural salt pans of Sečovlje (SI) and the Thallaso spa there. It is also 25 km away from Trieste (IT) where you can do Italian shopping, 45 minutes from Pula and the magnificent Pula Arena and 50 km from the world famous Postojna Cave (SI).

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

From the upper floor, you can see the blue waters of the Gulf of Piran stretching out toward the horizon. The view is especially magical at sunset, when the sky turns orange and pink, reflecting on the surface of the Adriatic Sea. Enjoy an outdoor dining area with a barbecue as well.

The newly built and modernly furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border of Slovenia/Croatia. The situation is ideal for a family vacation where they can have a nice time. The pool is available for their private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main street is far away so you don't have any noise. Beaches are a short time away. Many restaurants are in the area and a small market is also within walking distance.

The house it's perfect for couples, families, and individuals who seek soothing, healthy and active experience. It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

The apartment has been fully renovated and refurnished in June 2023.
