Holiday rentals with a patio in Plovdiv

WORLD CLASS Thanks to Elena and her nice apartment! I felt right at home (even better). She showed great hospitality! The unit is just the right size to a single traveler or a couple. Very neatly decorated, modern, without clutter and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone on a business trip to Plovdiv, or to a couple, in love, who wish to have a private nest and be able to explore the beauty of Plovdiv at their convenience.

The first and most important, and very hospitable detail in summer was that when we checked in, the air conditioner was already turned on. After a long journey, it was very thoughtful to cool the room for us in advance. Background music from the 90s was playing softly, and we didn't even turn it off. The location is excellent, close to the city center, yet in a very quiet and peaceful area. The building where the apartment is located has residents, and the entrance is very clean and well-maintained. The apartment itself is very cozy and lovely. It was very clean. Thank you for welcoming us along with our four-legged friend❤️

I am extremely satisfied and want to highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable place. the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well equipped kitchen to comfortable furniture and a mental atmosphere. Location is perfect! The owners are also very responsive, which made the stay even moreenjoyable. I boldly recommend the place!

Fantastic apartment. Very special playful layout. Your outdoor seating area is quiet and private. Inside well finished and full equipment. The old and new city center is within walking distance. A lovely restaurant nearby. In short, I recommand it. But pay great attention to parking! Difficult to understand for foreign guests. But if there is a towing sign, that's the whole street I think. Still there are cars, apparently with a permit? Anyway, pay attention!

Spacious and cozy space in the heart of Devin. It has all the necessary amenities, fully equipped kitchen, wide dining and living room, clean, with wood burning fireplace, responsive host and close to good restaurants.

The moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a boutique hotel, but with the warmth and comfort of home. Every corner of the townhouse is beautifully curated, from the cozy living spaces to the serene bedrooms. The cinema room was a fantastic addition for an evening watching my favourite movies. The location couldn’t be better — tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just 10 minutes from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s the perfect base whether you’re looking to explore or just relax. And the host, Dobs, truly goes above and beyond. From smooth communication to thoughtful touches throughout the home, you can tell they genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at this guesthouse was extremely enjoyable! From the very first contact, Luba was quick to respond and welcomed us with a warm attitude. The owners are incredibly hardworking and hospitable. They provided everything we needed, including a playpen for our toddler, and were happy to tell us about their home, showing us around. The house is an impressive blend between Renaissance architecture and a modern interior, created with a lot of love and attention to detail – the most impressive thing is that everything is made by themselves! Another great amenity is that there are reserved parking spaces for guests – a real plus for a central location like this. Luba was also born to be not only a designer but also a tour guide – he immediately recommended us interesting sights and guided us on how to get to them theeasiest way. Any subsequent visit to Plovdiv we would choose this place again! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for coziness, authenticity and true hospitality.

A beautiful apartment with access to a lovely garden, only ten minutes from the centre of town, in a quiet part of Plovdiv, yet only a couple of minutes away from the Markovo Tepe Mall, which houses a good sized supermarket in the basement. I had a very comfortable stay and hope to return in the autumn. Thank you, Alek and Maria!
