Check-in: self check-in via lock box. Host: extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Cleanliness: clean and clutter free. Apartment was disinfected, not many host does this. Heating and aircon: both units worked well. Location: a few minutes walk to street of crafts and ethnographic museum. About 30 minutes walk from train station. Noise: quiet location at night.

Dimitar’s apartment was very enjoyable to stay in. It was very clean, had everything one needs for a stay, has a mix between classic and modern look to it, and is about a 5 min walk to old town or the central tourist/shopping area. The balcony was a nice bonus. It is quiet at night so getting rest is not a problem. Communication was really great too! Very helpful. When in Plovdiv again, I would love to stay here if it is available.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, small but complete with all amenities needed and perfectly located and Petko was fantastically helpful with everything! Petko helped with giving us information on the area, shops and connecting us with friends and locals based on our requirements and well as always being very responsive and very friendly. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend his apartment to anyone considering staying here!

Exceptional stay! The apartment is just perfect: spacious, clean, and in a very good location. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to a lot of services. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers an ideal relaxation area after a good day in Plovdiv. In addition, the host is very kind and very responsive, with great recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again on my next visit. Thanks for this unforgettable experience!

The place was clean and as described. It is within walking distance to the city center and the old city. It was on the second floor and had some narrow stairs, but Ivailo was very helpful in carrying my luggage. He was helpful and responsive when I had a problem. I will definitely stay at the same place when I visit again!
