“Dave and Barb were excellent hosts. I planned to do more local sightseeing but I just loved the space so much it was just great having a lazy day with the fire going and catching up on reading and painting. It’s hard to leave! I got to spend some time with Dave and Barb and they are just beautiful people with great taste. Their “boys” were also awesome fun (their doggies and their main coon cat). I’m grateful for all the extra touches like muffins, fresh flowers and even butter! I hope I can come back someday.”
When you step on your porch the river and surrounding property will take your breath away. We have a huge variety of birds, beavers, foxes, deer and many more. You can kayak on the river or bike on the Appalachian trail. Visit New Hope Lambertville and Frenchtown! FYI. *********There is a kitchen but no stove. There’s a coffee maker, microwave and a grill outside.
“Stuart and Pat have "Super Host" on lock down. First, it is a beautiful place. Being right on the river is wonderful, plenty of parking, and the apartment is truly a home away from home. With two private bedrooms this apartment was ideal for our stay, especially since my sister is a smoker, she could go out to the deck from her own room without disturbing me and my son. The decor is lovely and it was great to have a space for movie night and a table for breakfast and board games. We were pleasantly surprised to find some amazingly delicious homemade brownies waiting for us in the fridge, it was a sweet gesture and very appreciated. There is a path that runs right in front of the house for some great adventuring. We are already trying to figure out how we can come back when the weather is warmer and everything is lush and green. Thanks for an amazing stay!”

“We camped here during Memorial weekend and had a fun time exploring the area (there are great hiking and climbing spots). Lorie is very welcoming and we got fresh eggs from the farm chickens, they were delicious! There are two toilets for guests to share and an outdoor but private shower. Several firepits for bbq. Horse-riding lessons are available on demand ($40 a session). Toys & trampoline for kids. I recommend the place for a laidback camp to explore the surroundings!”
