This was such an awesome spot! It was right on Main Street a block from Plymouth Rock and the harbor. The location was perfect and the place had everything we needed for our two night stay in the area.

Great location and very clean apartment in Boston. Beds were comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Make sure to read Tim's description of the parking space and spiral staircase. He's very clear about both!

Jack’s place played a significant part of our enjoyment on our trip to Boston. Jack was a gracious host. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. After a very long day at the airport it was the perfect way to unwind. It is easy to get anywhere in the city using the T and Uber. Loved the ambiance of the apartment and neighborhood. Don’t miss visiting Billy’s sandwich shop around the corner. Great folks, great food, great prices.

Well appointed, spacious and super clean. Kitchen had all the amenities plus some. A peaceful spot to come back to after work. Great area for an evening stroll.

This spot was perfect for us! The location is 5 miles from the airport and it was situated in a beautiful location. It’s very close to a bunch of places to eat , as well as a 15 min walk to tourist sites, and yet the street was quiet. Anne was also extremely responsive, friendly, and allowed us to leave our luggage for bit after check out since we had a super late flight. I highly recommend booking Anne’s place if coming to Boston!

Nice-sized place for the price, we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and dining room for our group. A short walk to the Red Line T. Happy to have one private parking spot and easy to find others on-street within a couple blocks.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

Very nice place! Veronica was great and responded quickly to a few questions that we had before our stay. Check in was super simple and the place was exactly as advertised. We loved the area too, definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Sunrise Beach. As a “germaphobe” traveling is trying for my patience, but the room was absolutely spotless. The accommodations were exactly what they showed in the pictures and there were even extras like complimentary tea and toiletries and a water/food bowl for my dog! I highly recommend Sunrise Beach - signing in and out was no problem, the Wi-Fi was excellent and the condo was cozy.

Cute, comfy and convenient 3rd floor walk-up. Plus a nice little outdoors space/deck. I was happy with the condo. I rarely had to use my car for the 2 weeks I stayed there.

We were in town to visit family and really appreciate the great location. Quite and peaceful but nearby amenities (the Market almost next door is amazing! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries, goodies, they have it all.) and close to town. We had our 2 year old and 5 month old. Clean and nice space. Upstairs loft is roomy, and they have a baby gate. Nice bedroom downstairs. Ample off street parking. Two full bathrooms is a bonus! Excellent location, hope to re-visit this summer. Highly recommend!

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Very pleasant stay! Nice value, size and layout for our family of 5 (3 young kids). 2nd floor unit, accessible via stairs. Area is quiet and secluded, but very close to everything you would want to do in and around Falmouth (drive times: ~8 mins to downtown area, 7-15 mins to nice beaches, 7-10 mins to parking/shuttle for Martha’s Vineyard ferries, ~20 mins to Woods Hole). Kitchen is well appointed—we cooked half of our week’s meals. Community pool was well maintained, has deep end down to ~8ft and shallow at 3ft, and has ample tables/umbrellas/loungers. Very friendly neighbors and very responsive/gracious hosts. Would stay again!
