L' Appartamento si trova al piano rialzato di una palazzina in stile barocco fiorito lombardo di grande charme ,è completamente ristrutturato . I pavimenti sono in marmo gettato in opera a mosaico o legno decorato a intarsi ,ci sono lampadari d'epoca stucchi e boiserie originali della casa completamente rinnovati .La metratura è molto ampia e comoda. L'appartamento è composto da: un grande salone doppio con TV collegata a internet fibra super veloce e ampio e comodo divano ,collegato da un arco alla sala da pranzo con tavolo e 8 sedie .
