Beautiful duplex with a carefully thought-out decoration to make you feel at home, and it includes a garage☺ With a cider house in front, which allows you to soak up Asturian gastronomy. Please note that it generates noise so refrain from booking for people sensitive to noise.🙏 But if you don't mind, it's an ideal place☺ The location allows you to walk to the main points of interest in 2 minutes: beaches, port, old town. Situada a 50 metros de la playa con espectaculares vistas al mar y a la montaña, en un entorno natural espectacular lleno de playas con arena fina, montañas, acantilados y vegetación exuberante. Spectacular sunsets, a very quiet house in the Matavieja neighborhood (Colombres), 100 meters from the Casa Marisa restaurant. 5 minutes from La Franca beach by car and very close to the A8 Cantabrian motorway to visit all the other beaches in the area (Pechón, Andrín, Gerra, Oyambre...). Ideal place for excursions. Llanes is 15 minutes away.
