Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The apartment is cozy and pleasant, is in line with what was announced. Check-in and check-out were flexible and excellent. The host was very polite and attentive. A great experience, we will definitely return.

Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and clean, with all the utensils we need. A super attentive Rosângela and you have all your doubts. The place is also very quiet. Air-conditioned rooms with a double bed, all of them were very comfortable. The house and foot in the sand, left the gate is already on the beach. The tbm location is otima, has a market and bakery nearby. We love it and we are definitely going back.

The apartment corresponds to the listing and the host was helpful. We had an unexpected situation and the host responded to our request. The condominium is very nice and the residents were very kind to us. The swimming pool is very good and the beach is in front of the condominium which offers beach service. For sure this apartment will be on our list of future stays.

Very wide, airy house. A great location too!!!! The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the bus station and essential services. We were very pleased with the accommodation, the place was clean and organized. Despite the rainy days, we have taken advantage of the pool and the outside. I had an amazing experience in this apartment! The location is simply perfect, with direct ocean views. Waking up and contemplating the ocean every day was an indescribable privilege. The infrastructure of the condominium is excellent, with emphasis on the pool that, unlike many others, is not so shallow - allowing you to swim comfortably. A real differential! The apartment itself is fully equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing during my stay. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the rooms are very well decorated and cozy. Host Daniel was extremely requested from start to finish. I am always available for questions. And as a final gesture of kindness, it still provided me with a late check-out at no extra cost, which made all the difference on my last day. I highly recommend this apartment and I will certainly be back soon!

Vanessa's Apto is wordless! It has everything you need, it is quite capricious in the details! I felt at home really, everything just wonderful, it's close to everything, flexible at checkin, whenever I sent a message I was quickly answered, in the house there is a sun guard and chairs which made it very easy for us to go to the beach, I'm already planning the return! We love ❤️

The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet. Super recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

I was with my family in Mr. Luiz Roberto's house and we love the experience, the house is wide, airy, all equipped, to receive the guests, not to mention the reception of Mr. Luiz who was very attentive and receptive and also the attention of Ronaldo the housekeeper who was very attentive and helpful! Also, the building has the amenities described in the listing. The location is excellent and you cross the street and are already on the beach. Mauricio detailed the guidelines well and the check inn was very easy. The host was also flexible in fulfilling a request from us, which was a big difference. The house was neatly clean and tidy, exactly like in the pictures! Greater than we imagined. The house is close to the beach, allowing even at night the children to go there, play volleyball on the beach. The house comes with all the necessary items for the beach, such as chair, parasol, planch, and for kitchen/barbecue. The Washing Machine and Dryer were working... pity that maq. Dishwasher was not working, the Host said that she would see a person to go to tidy up, but I don't think she could... we ran out. But everything else was great!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ). The house is sensational, spacious and cozy, very airy and illuminated. It is a super cozy environment. A variety of kitchen utensils leaving everything very practical during the stay. The pool is delicious, hard to get out! The location is excellent. The very attentive and friendly housekeeper Eberton. My family loved it!!

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!
