There is an outdoor barbecue area with seating, and inside the house there is a snooker table, darts, and a Partyboss sound system with a microphone. The house also has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a table tennis table. It is possible to book 2–4 e-bikes in advance. The house is located by a busy road; there are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the car park by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river, with a pleasant, private natural setting.

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
