This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Two bedroom flat has two spacious bedrooms with hardwood flooring-each with large, en-suit bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area have direct access to a terrace filled with flowers. Open picture windows and French doors allow sunlight and fresh scent of pines and the sea into the whole villa. The apartment therefore has a feel that indoors and outdoors merge and you will be close to nature. The porch offeres stunning seaview and open part of the terrace amazing starry sky view.

It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. Enjoy a peaceful holiday with beautiful views of the sea and islands and the magnificent mountain Biokovo.

This beautiful renovated traditional Dalmatian house with a swimming pool offers unforgettable idyllic experience in the surroundings of untouched nature.
