Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Our cottage is located on the oxbow lake, so you can enjoy the silence, tranquility and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. Tilio above Liwac

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

Dzika Szyszka is a year-round cozy yurt hidden among the Masurian meadows, off the beaten track. The interior, in addition to the amenities that guarantee a comfortable escape from the hustle and bustle, hides eclectic details chosen with passion. Perfect for a stay for two or alone, for remote work or just to "unplug" and immerse yourself in nature without restraint. The yurt is heated (wood fireplace + air conditioning with heating function), insulated and has access to high-speed internet.

There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

House from 1946 (200 m²) is located in a small, quiet village. Preserved rustic, ethnic decor. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious veranda overlooking the orchard ensure complete relaxation and a comfortable stay for 16 people. A large, fully equipped kitchen in a country style is also equipped with all modern appliances. The house has central heating and atmospheric tiled stoves. Fenced area, parking, terrace with pergolas, fireplace, large orchard and volleyball court.

Palais Pirol - Country house on the edge of the village

The holiday home "Palais Pirol," completed in spring 2019, is located on the edge of the small village of Leśna on a large property, which we keep close to nature with a meadow and old trees. For the perfect vacation in nature – for hiking, biking, horseback riding or for canoe tours in the Unesco biosphere around the Białowieża jungle. Pets are welcome with us, but the property is not fenced. The house is about 70 meters from the quiet road.
