Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Our cottage is located on the oxbow lake, so you can enjoy the silence, tranquility and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. The "Świronek" agritourism farm is located in Białowieża at Kamienne Bagno 11, in the heart of the Białowieża Forest. The location of the property is unique and special. It is characterized by silence and the surrounding nature. The entire property is covered with trees, so there are plenty of mushrooms in autumn. Bison and foxes are frequent guests on the property. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Preserved rustic, ethnic decor. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious veranda overlooking the orchard ensure complete relaxation and a comfortable stay for 16 people. A large, fully equipped kitchen in a country style is also equipped with all modern appliances. The house has central heating and atmospheric tiled stoves. Fenced area, parking, terrace with pergolas, fireplace, large orchard and volleyball court.

Dom Water składa się z 2 sypialni, 2 łazienek oraz salonu z kuchnią. Dodatkowo dom posiada m.in. w klimatyzację, pralko-suszarkę, zmywarkę, ekspres do kawy i inne. Posiada dostęp do jeziora - plaża + pomost. Na terenie znajduje się plac zabaw dla dzieci, trampolina, miejsce na ognisko, łódka, rowerek wodny, basen o wymiarach 10x5m (czynny od czerwca do września). Posiada również SPA (sauna fińska, balia z masażami, grota solna) z widokiem na jezioro.

Palais Pirol - Country house on the edge of the village

The holiday home "Palais Pirol," completed in spring 2019, is located on the edge of the small village of Leśna on a large property, which we keep close to nature with a meadow and old trees. For the perfect vacation in nature – for hiking, biking, horseback riding or for canoe tours in the Unesco biosphere around the Białowieża jungle. Pets are welcome with us, but the property is not fenced. The house is about 70 meters from the quiet road.
