The panoramic views will allow you to relax to forget about the bustling city life and the noise and stress the cities bring. The house is on a land of 1500 m2 and is 100 m away from the nearest neighbour, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious landscaped, uncovered and covered terraces. Parking is free.

Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
