The city centre is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centres are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy on the ground floor, accessible from the street. There are also three restaurants – a sushi bar, a steakhouse and an Italian restaurant.
