BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The sunny and quiet apartment Siegrid - sun, sand and sea is located in Boltenhagen in the district of Tarnewitz and is the right choice for a successful vacation near the Baltic Sea. The accommodation is harmoniously equipped with furniture and can accommodate 2 holidaymakers. This accommodation is the ideal starting point for a short trip to the seal sand bench with the MS Seebär from the jetty D (Weisse Wiek). On this sandbank you can see seals, seals, sea eagles, cormorant seagulls.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The famous architect Thormann built the villa about 1860 for himself as a residence. The villa is located in the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the port worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger in. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , Poel Island or Kühlungsborn.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Our exclusive holiday apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream holiday. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
