In the heart of Salento, close to the most important seaside resorts as Castro, Santa Cesarea, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and other breath-taking Salento baroque places we rent out a very typical ancient (late XVII century) and bright vault apartment, all restored, around 100 squared meters big, situated in a very old courtyard dating back to the XVII century. The apartment has a brand new modern kitchen, a bathroom with tub, two huge bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single bed, though we are about to buy a sofa-bed, a living room with tv. The house is very fresh during summertime due to the very old and thick load-bearing walls. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. A private parkplace is also included for free. The apartment still preserves the charme of the past, keypoint in the process of restauration,yet mixed with modernity like the kitchen and the bathroom. L'oliveto is a young and fresh Apulian farmhouse with a swimming pool and Wi-Fi, equipped with 5 apartments with kitchenette, private bathroom and air conditioning. The apartment "Il Nespolo" is beautiful, fresh and well furnished; it has 4 beds in the bedroom on the mezzanine, and a fifth bed in the living room. Equipped with a relaxation area, it is ideal for families or groups of friends and accommodates up to 4 people. Venezia, per ordine del Consiglio dei Dogi, mandò a Otranto una loro nobile famiglia che diventò il punto referente, a livello burocratico e amministrativo, per tutto il traffico delle navi che da Venezia andavano in Oriente e viceversa. Il Palazzo è stato recentemente oggetto di un restauro conservativo che lo ha riportato fedelmente al suo stato originario.
