The complex consists of three cottages dating back to the end of last century, carefully restored and cared for in the external and internal finishes. Today 5 apartments are available for rent to guests. “Il Cipresso” is an apartment on the ground floor with air conditioning. It has a living room with a bed couch, kitchen, a double room, bathroom with shower, veranda with access to the garden.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Stone, iron and wood; these are the materials used by my great-grandparents to build, on the foundations of an ancient monastery, the farmhouse S.Lorenzo built on top of a hill of olive trees overlooking the city of Foligno. Each house has, on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a fireplace, while on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
