Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pohang-si

The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located for visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites. The host was very responsive and kind. There’s also the option to leave your luggage in the building if you arrive before the check-in time. Highly recommended!

Had such a wonderful stay at Florian, would highly recommend for a holiday to Gyeongju. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and you could easily get to the attractions. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Felt like home. Lovely welcoming host with great communication.

I really recommend this place for families with babies (especially over 2 years old). There was a separate playroom full of baby toys, so parents were able to relax. It was a new apartment, so it was very tidy overall, and all the doors were equipped with hand prevention devices, so it was safe. There was no unnecessary clutter, so I could stay without worrying about my baby dropping things or getting hurt. The house was spacious and cleanly maintained, and there was a washer and dryer, which was very useful for long-term stays and baby laundry. Great place to stay that I would love to come back again.

I used it for 3 nights and 4 days, and I want to visit again. It was so comfortable because it was on the first floor, and it was comfortable and cozy like home. I can feel that you cared about even the smallest things. The nearby canal trail and dock were enough to heal. I rested so comfortably before going.

I thought it was a sea view, but it's a sea view from the view rather than in the foreground! (I wish there was a photo taken from the front in the photo◡.) Still, if you sit on the sofa or bed, the price wasn't bad because of the sea view. The interior of the accommodation is especially pretty, so I want to cook and eat. I think it would be good to come to the accommodation and watch several movies while playing in Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju. Netflix and Disney are available. I intend to revisit again next time

It is a clean house as my home. It's comfortable and nice to have everything in the house during your stay, including two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and toilet. We used it for about 4 people, and the surrounding environment was safe, comfortable, and clean without any inconvenience. There were all the kitchen utensils in the house, so it was nice to boil ramen. Thank you. ^ ^ It's completely private.

It was really nice. There is also an emergency medicine in the accommodation, and if you just bring your pajamas and underwear, you can prepare for the trip. An accommodation like Daiso that has everything.. Wow.. I just want to know about it, but it's too greedy to do that, so I wrote a review. It was really nice. Thank you ❤️ Ah!! And the Egyptian bedding is crazy. I checked the brand with my friends... It's the best...

This trip was a trip that I suddenly left because I wanted to get away from my busy daily life. Thanks to you, I was able to properly heal before heading out. The accommodation was in a quiet alley, so I was able to rest comfortably, and I was comforted by the tiredness of everyday life after seeing handwritten letters, snacks, and coffee with the host's consideration throughout the accommodation. In addition, the accommodation manual was written in detail so that you can use the accommodation as if it were your own home, so I used it really comfortably. Above all, the accommodation was so clean, and the host was so kind that I thought I wanted to come back before leaving. Next time, I'll visit again with my loved ones.

There were a lot of pretty lights and props, so it was nice to take pictures, and there were board games, so there were a lot of things to enjoy with friends. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby, so it was easy to deliver, and the barbecue wasn't a charcoal fire, so it was easy for women to eat. I'm 100% willing to come again next time!

We had such a wonderful family trip in a clean and great place. It is located close to Geumgwan Chong, Daereungwon, and Hwangnidan-gil, making it a very convenient trip. Thank you ^ ^

I'm late to post my review I've been resting well in a clean accommodation without any inconvenience.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who visits Gyeong-ju, especially as a foreigner. They will feel what country life really feels like with such a peace. Great, kind host impressed us so much, nothing could be better than this for your holiday! 외국인들는 물론, 한국분들도 너무 좋을 것 같아요. 특히나 여러명이서 시골가서 고기구워먹고 편하게 노시는데 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 엄마 모시고 다시오고 싶어요 :)

The host explained it so kindly and responded. I loved the facilities and felt right at home. The surrounding scenery is quiet. I rested comfortably! One thing to consider is that it takes a long time for locals to catch a taxi. I caught it, but I didn't get caught at once.

This is one of the best places I've ever gotten to stay at on Airbnb! The home is much more beautiful in person, both cozy and open! Surrounding the place is the historical town of Gyeongju, with lots of places to eat and things to do! We made a lot of lovely family memories here! The host was also one of the most wonderful we have ever met! He went out of his way to pick us to and from the KTX station, and immediately showed up to assist us with a problem during our stay. He was friendly, proactive, and welcoming! We hope we get to visit again!

It was nice to have a simple meal or snack in a place decorated like a camping zone, and the kitchen was tidy. It was nice to have games and play equipment for children, and it was nice to have items in the bathroom. If I visit the next race, I intend to visit again.

He prepared raw strawberry juice and cheekdoll as a welcome drink and snacks. The place is really clean, smells good, and even has a warm floor!! I went in late after playing on Hwangnidan-gil, but I regretted the accommodation because it was so pretty.. I went in early, played with the fire, and rested. Next time, I think I'll only be dead at the accommodation. They even prepared rice cake soup for breakfast, so everyone healed their senses before going.☺️🍀
