The house is perfect for family, sports and business travel. Imatra city center 2.5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4-lane road. Sheltered courtyard for cars and motorcycles. Saimaa and Ukonniemi-Rauha sports areas with spas and several golf courses nearby. The main building of the Harjula estate is in the middle of apple trees, in the courtyard of the grain farm. The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. In the lush and spacious courtyard, there is also another residential building where the host lives.

You can row, sauna, and grill. The building has solar power where you can charge your phone and get light in the evening. Berries and mushrooms can be collected from your own forest.

Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

In the vicinity of Lake Saimaa, a single-family house with a wood sauna and a private lakeside sauna +beach about 500m from the house. There are no amenities on the beach; water is carried from Lake Saimaa. The beach is accessible by car. Kid-friendly beach, or shallow sandy bottom. A big private yard, a tram for the kids, and a toddler experience. A nearby school with a skatepark and jumping equipment. Nature and jogging trails nearby! The nearest shops are about 1 km away.

There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
