To heat the cabin, you must know how to use a fireplace and a stove. There is no electricity grid, but the generator and the solar power plant with accumulator work in the hands of a skilled tenant.

Water for the sauna is collected from the river with buckets and heated with wood in the sauna pad. The property has a very clean outdoor toilet with no heating. Ice hole in the river open in winter.
