When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Less than 1 mile to Downtown Fairhope! Walk, drive or use our complimentary bikes to see all the shopping and restaurants. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, enjoy days sight-seeing and evenings relaxing on your private back patio. Sleep soundly in the super comfy King size bed, use the free fast Wi-Fi (1 GB), watch your shows on the Smart TVs, use the full size in-unit laundry room, and definitely get down to Mobile Bay to catch an incredible sunset at Fairhope Pier! *PET FRIENDLY - SEE RULES!

Loft on Section

Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress also a twin daybed and bathroom with shower.

Bayou Cabin

This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Or just relax on the large screened in back pouch and covered picnic area with a gas grill. Only 15 minutes to the beach
