Old house of 90 m2 completely renovated, with its garden of 300 m2, in the heart of the old village of Port de la Guittière. Close to the beach of Tanchet 3 km away, shops and bike paths that run along the corniche. Very comfortable and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and its outdoor areas. No pets, no smoking.
