Delightful old farmhouse and spacious garden

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Upstairs, the bathroom, the bedroom with its 180 x 200 bed, the ceiling mirror, the swing, the pole dance bar area, the tantra armchair... for cuddly and naughty moments in the atmosphere you will choose with the different lights.

Spacious house ideally located overlooking the largest lake in Normandy and a stone's throw from Normandy Switzerland and its GR, voted the favorite of the French in 2022. Come with family, friends, this 100 m² house (2000 m² of land) will be the place to meet. Outside: Private Parking, Pétanque Court, Charcoal Barbecue, Terrace. The house includes upstairs 1 master suite with bathroom including a spa bath, a cozy living room equipped with a sofa bed and on the ground floor, 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 dining room with 1 wood stove and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bedding are provided.

You can organize hiking and cycling on beautiful trails where you can meet roe deer and does.
