The interiors of each apartment have their own personality, being cozy and comfortable. It has spaces that will allow you to be in full contact with nature, an area of firs and century-old magnolias, fruit trees and the covered barbecue area. A completely restored, classic house from the early 20th century. The house is distributed over 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, toilet, porch and laundry room. The first floor is distributed in 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor (attic) is distributed in 1 bedroom, office area, and bathroom. The house has a large 2,000m2 garden, the porch is equipped with a grill and a wood-burning oven.
