Two floors with 4 bedrooms each with double bed and 3 bathrooms (+ 3 separate toilets). Billiard room and TV and living room dining room with a large table. Ideal for meeting with friends, colleagues or family.

20-30 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining the house where we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a master bedroom on the first floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with a toilet on the second floor. Your vehicle can be parked inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
