Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

Bela II, Robanov kot valley

Apartma Bela is situated in the heart of Robanov kot – the most well preserved glacial valley in Solčava region, located 15 min drive from Logar valley. Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. Modern 2- bed apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. The area is peaceful, but only 10 minute walking distance from the main city square. The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided by me. Note: Transport from and to the airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Tourist tax paid separately.

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Pri Harisch – in southern Carinthia

The house is located in the middle of the lake area, between Lake Klopein, Lake Gösselsdorf, Lake Sonnegger and Lake Turner. For hiking, the property is located right at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drauradweg. In winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and ski touring.

House on former farm

House at the summit of the Kömmelgupf near Bleiburg. Surrounded by forest and a 2.5 ha meadow. The perfect place for the kids to really let off steam. In winter, sleds and a bob sled are provided. There are several hiking trails down the mountain and in the morning the birdsong outside the door wakes you up. House with entire green space is at your disposal. Children are welcome to camp with a fire pit. Free Wi-Fi is available as not all cell phone plans have full reception.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Two bedroom apartment Neli can accomodate up to six guests as it has a double, twin single and a double sofa beds available. The living room is spacious and has a smart TV for entertainment, it also has the dining area and well equipped kitchen. Guests have access to a private bathroom, private parking on location and wifi connection throughout the property. Before the entrance of the apartment there is a seating area for picnic and BBQ grill.
