Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets.
