Classic cottage! Built by your host's grandparents Frank & Bug Howard in the early 1940s this updated home is located on the 7 acres of Howard's Pond, a small getaway in Benton Station, Tennessee minutes from the Ocoee River, the Cherokee National Forest and more! Whitewater rafting, hiking, exploring outdoors, or historical sites in the area are among the fun things to do while staying at Howard's Pond! Gun enthusiasts will love Benton Sporting Clays outdoor shooting range around the corner!

Wildflower Cottage offers modern luxury in the midst of a nature haven. It is nestled on the edge of a five acre field, surrounded by an additional forty wooded acres with a creek, a pond, and hiking trails. A place like none other, the cottage is hand built by your host, Jeremiah, with lumber milled on site. It offers luxurious amenities, privacy, is a short drive from many amazing outdoor experiences, minutes from Lake Ocoee or downtown Cleveland and 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

This riverside retreat with majestic mountain views is right on the Hiwasee River! The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. Cozy cabin right on the Lower Ocoee river next to Nancy Ward public boat launch. Over 200’ if private river access with private takeout. Huge private lot with fire pit. Space includes a loft with queen bed and bedroom with twin bunk bed. This is the best little spot on the Ocoee for river lovers. Put in on the lower and takeout right in your backyard.
