Welcome to Casa Del Pinar, located in a secure and quiet residential area and in walking distance (+/- 200m) from a natural beach. On the ground floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with storage room, dining and living room and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. At the back there is a laundry room. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace. A bedroom with two bunk beds and a double room. These two rooms share an additional bathroom.

A light-filled living area features a comfortable sofa and a wooden coffee table. Large glass doors open to a spacious terrace with outdoor seating, offering views of the bay and mountains beyond. Warm-toned stone walls add texture to the ambiance.

Casa recién reformada, con una decoración neutra y de playa hecha con toda la ilusión, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Desde la terraza que tiene encontrarán seguramente las mejores vistas que se puede tener, en ella verán toda la bahía de Pollensa y la Sierra de Tramuntana. La casa está a escasos 30 metros de una de las mejores playas naturales, delante de ella pasa la carretera que conecta Alcudia con Pollensa. Dispone de barbacoa para pasar un buen rato entre familia y amigos.

En la Bahía de Pollensa se encuentra nuestra fabulosa casa en primera línea del mar, y con sus espectaculares vistas. A pocos metros encontrará la playa de arena para hacer actividades en familia: surf, pesca, snorkel, katesurf... Podrá disfrutar de la gastronomía de la isla en sus maravillosos restaurantes. La casa esta ubicada en Llenaire, una de las mejores zonas del Puerto de Pollensa. Mi alojamiento es bueno para todo tipos de grupos o familias.
