20 minutes walk to Gangmun Beach? Sundubu Village is 10 minutes long. There are many restaurants nearby and there are quite a few deliveries. The location is really a scam. They sell sashimi at a small mart right in front of the convenience store, and all the restaurants are within 10 minutes.. It's also a minute away, and the accommodation itself was really nice. It's not an apartment these days, but it was a cozy place to rest really comfortably. I think the price is too reasonable even for consecutive nights. I had a good stay❤️

The Apartment was very clean and cozy and had everything i needed. Its a bit away from the city center and the beaches - with public transportation not great (also just one little emart around); with a private transportation (car, motorcycle etc) I think it's a lot better. the surroundings are quiet and peaceful and a few cafes and western restaurants on the way to city/beach.

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

The host was warm and attentive, was able to solve our problems well during our stay, the house was clean and tidy, also provided free coffee, instant noodles, which was really thoughtful.The location of the house is very private and quiet, there are not many restaurants nearby, and the opening hours are very early, there is a restaurant dedicated to making lobsters very good, good value for money, and worth a try.Transportation is not very inconvenient, getting around is mainly by taxi or walking.
