Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ponchatoula

The listing is exactly as described. The interior is very neat and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful with booking. We drove to NOLA from the Midwest so having designated parking was important. French Quarter and all the fun places to go in the city are a very short Lyft drive away. Helpful hint, Lyft was always cheaper than Uber. Grocery stores not too far away if you want to have a few things in the kitchen. The property is on a very busy street and next to a school so there is a lot of traffic, traffic noise, etc. Just something to expect, not a complaint. This is a great place to stay to visit NOLA and to be a quick drive away from the hot spots.

Holly and Andy's place was great, and they are clearly seasoned airbnb hosts. I loved the convenient hygeine products and pantry items, it felt like a home rather than a sterile hotel. Convenient to a few bus lines too.

It was a charming place to stay while visiting family and friends.

One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at! The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. Gavin was helpful at check-in and offered some recommendations. City Park is right across the street so there’s lots to do there and it’s a beautiful place to take a stroll. I’ll happily recommend this spot to friends and family and will likely stay here again. As someone that comes to New Orleans every couple years, this was by far one of our best stays, in large part due to where we stayed. The location is perfect for our needs — close to family, lots of great food nearby, a close walk with the dog to the park, and with the Quarter easily accessible. The house was clean and cozy with a medium-sized shady fenced-in side yard that made hanging outside with family and the dog super pleasant.

Jessica was super friendly and had great and clear instructions and made it easy to find the place. Would be happy to come back

What a gem I stumbled upon! I was taking a long road trip from Colorado to Florida and had some time to explore New Orleans on a whim at the last minute. I booked the spot and it was perfect! I would stay here again. Loved hearing the laughter of the children across the street at the school and it was a short few minute drive to explore Bourbon Street.

Sandra’s place was great for the price. Conveniently located and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay while in Louisiana I definitely recommend Richard’s place in Hammond, Louisiana. Richard’s home is extremely clean, private, has all the amenities one can ask for. Besides that Richard goes above and beyond for his guests. He is fast at responding and returning any questions you may have. I would most definitely stay here again when I return to visit my family in Louisiana. Thank you Richard for being a great HOST.

This Mid-City apartment is a wonderful find. Spacious and well-thought out amenities. I found the porch a great place for a relaxing early breakfast. Just round the corner is a great restaurant; a brief walk away is a nice breakfast/lunch café, not to mention City Park. Christophe responds quickly to queries. But we didn’t need to contact him much after arrival as the place, as noted, has great full-size appliances, showers, etc. As Christopher describes this is a place for quiet moments not parties (there is another apartment in the house). But the rest of NOLA is of easy access. We will book this AirBnB if available on our next trip to the Crescent City.

Krista treated me with warmth and kindness through all of our correspondence. We had to check in last minute and pretty late at night, and Krista was super accommodating. Greatly appreciated her genuine care and a sparkling clean place to hang our hat for two nights! The pink piano is a really fun touch that our kiddos enjoyed.

very nice home with a large back yard. it was very clean and well maintained. the whole neighborhood was very well kept and felt like the kind of place the kids could run around without worrying about them.

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

Our stay was uneventful. Great to be right on Canal St as the trolley was right out front. Thanks for the space!

Great location, nice apartment

We recently stayed here prior to our cruise. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet! The bathroom was my personal favorite with the heater. Wonderful place to stay!

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

Gary was so kind to let me stay at his place on short notice. The lake view was beautiful!! Even though Gary was out of town he was there to help anytime. And the other guest there was so kind and respectful as well. Matt from next door also came by to check on me, so kind of him to do that. 💫

John was a great host! He communicated timely with clear and precise instructions. His response time was quick. The place was clean and beautiful, very spacious! The explanation in the description was spot on! I’d definitely rent from John again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. It's a perfect stay when visiting NOLA. The only inconvenience we encountered was there were no coffee filters either time we stayed and the coffee pot doesn't fit the maker causing the brewed coffee to be full of grounds. You have to bring your own filters, and then filter your brewed coffee from the pot into your cup. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. We'll definitely be back!
