Ponders End railway station was just a 12-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop only 4 minutes—very convenient for getting around. If you're looking to stay slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre while still having easy access to it, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing amazing place! Such lovely hosts so easy and flexible, great rooms such a clean and friendly environment and had everything you’ll need. So close to many shops and main streets great area would def stay again
