The apartment is located about 3 km from the municipality of Ostra Vetere, 17 km from the beautiful beach of Senigallia and a few kilometers from beautiful villages (Corinaldo, Mondavio, Ostra)

Nestled in the tranquility of the Apennines, Villa Gelso offers complete privacy and an intimate atmosphere. The villa features a private sauna, a perfect wellness retreat on cold days, while the cozy interior spaces invite you to slow down and relax. It has three spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests and 4 bathrooms. Each main area is warmed by a fireplace—one in the dining room, one in the living room, and one in a bedroom—creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our houses are five (Timo, Ortica, Alloro, Salvia, and Pimpinella), built with great attention to energy sustainability and in absolute respect for the environment. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, walk barefoot, and find your own rhythms and thoughts in the quiet of nature and in contact with your affections.

Easily reachable in 15 minutes Fabriano, in 20 minutes the beautiful caves of Frasassi, in 30 minutes Gubbio and in 60 minutes Senigallia or the Bay of Conero, in 20 minutes the ducal city of Camerino.
