Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

The Bélon River is a short walk away as well as the customs trail. The apartment on the 2nd and top floor faces southwest for optimal sunshine. From its living room and mezzanine you can contemplate the superb sea view and the magnificent beach!

The apartment is ideally located, the city center, shops, museums, beaches are nearby, while being quiet. WIFI in the apartment, south-facing terrace. As indicated, the apartment is located in the middle of a small, fairly steep hill, the terrace is above the apartment, there are a few steps to climb to access it and enjoy the view. Parking spaces 300-350 m away or blue spaces everywhere in Pont-Aven.

This is our family home, built by my great grandparents in early 1900. A few family memories, authenticity and modern comforts await. From the garden there is beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is close by. There are 3 bedrooms with 180x200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.
