Studio in the heart of the pretty Place de Pont Croix on the ground floor of a building renovated by Tyerra Architectes. You can enjoy this vibrant and elegant little town on the banks of the Goyen. Beautiful walking tours on the refurbished path that joins Audierne. Small restaurants and friendly bars in this small city of character in the center of Cape Sizun radiating on the most beautiful beaches of this end of Finistère. You'll love my place because of the view and comfort. It is good for couples. My accommodation is located at the RHU Port near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city centre of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and in Tréboul, the thalassotherapy centre. My apartment is on the 3rd and top floor. For parking no problem 2 free car parks nearby.

80 m² 2012 house in a quiet neighborhood, functional and all ground floor on a south view on the 400 m² flowery and tree full closed garden. Queen size (160x200) bed in the room, induction unit for cooking. The place is located 2 km from beaches, shops, restaurants in Audierne joined by a 5 min drive, or by a 15 min walk. You will be closed to a footpath following the "Goyen" river to the middle age town of Pont Croix.
