Ty Allée Boulou

The cottage overlooks the beautiful estuary of the Goyen, in the old part of Pont-Croix. The garden is a sun trap, sheltered, private, peaceful and escape proof for dogs and small children. Uphill, find pretty alleys, restaurants, cafes, Art galleries, a museum, a market, shops and a supermarket. Go down hill to the river and walk or cycle to Audierne. Coastal walks connect our many beautiful beaches. We have wooded valleys, picturesque villages, cliffs, coves, long sandy beaches and dunes.

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

Real travel boat

'Camarinas' is a yacht with a comfortable interior and an outdoor table where you can enjoy a meal or an aperitif with a view of the harbour. Bedding, towels and tea towels provided (except July/August) Fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge), toilet and heating on board, and access to the harbour toilets (very clean and nearby). Please feel free to ask about other length-of-stay options.

80 m² 2012 house in a quiet neighborhood, functional and all ground floor on a south view on the 400 m² flowery and tree full closed garden. Queen size (160x200) bed in the room, induction unit for cooking. The place is located 2 km from beaches, shops, restaurants in Audierne joined by a 5 min drive, or by a 15 min walk. You will be closed to a footpath following the "Goyen" river to the middle age town of Pont Croix.

Old house restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooking the Goyen Valley and very close to beaches and water sports. Furnished for 4 people and open to a large sunny terrace overlooked by a private garden, it enjoys a peaceful and preserved environment and has two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. Direct access to hiking trails allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix or the port of Audierne.

The house was renovated at the end of 2018, it faces south. Access is from the street by an entrance with about twenty steps, overlooks the enclosed garden and then the house. It consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a bright 30 m² living-dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace as well as deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.

Downtown, near the harbor, walking distance to the beach!

Located 2 steps from the port with restaurants, bars and shops, this 48m2 apartment is full of charm and romantic at will. Everything is designed to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beach is within walking distance and the local Wednesday and Saturday markets take place at the end of the street. This apartment is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist property, guaranteeing a quality stay.

Villa Trouz Ar Mor

Cross the road: you are on the beach. Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classified as Meublé de Tourisme) offers you a garden level of choice with a private equipped courtyard. Its interior is cosy and offers a piano accessible to musicians on request. Linens are provided. The accommodation is non-smoking, pets are not allowed. The other two floors remain strictly private, and are not part of the rental.

My accommodation is close to the historic Croix Bridge, all shops, the towpath along the Goyen River, 5 km from the beaches and 20 minutes by car from the Raz and Van points. You will appreciate my accommodation for its spaces and its authenticity, its enclosed and wooded garden, its comfort with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, its bias of space, ease of living there.
