Great place for digital nomads. Check in was simple. You get the codes ahead of time and just walk right in. The apartment has a great set up. A/C, washer, kitchen with a water filter, small balcony. All of that makes the stay comfortable. Finally, the location in Ponta Negra. The building is located along one of the main streets, so it's easy to get around.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. It has 6 en-suites, with comfortable beds, linens and clean, fragrant towels. New air-conditioners in great working order. The living room has a state-of-the-art TV, and well-planned furniture. The kitchen is an Upgrade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for cooking, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we bring. The pool is a spectacle, very good! The local security and the structure of the house are admirable. We felt very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And how could I fail to mention Rosi, our host, she is a sweetheart of a person. Happy!

Pablo's home is as described. Great location in Ponta Negra, close to bars restaurants and even the beach. Strong and hot bath. Good bed and bath linens. The only detail was the absence of the TV from the room that appeared in the photos but that did not disturb my stay in any way. I recommend the stay to a couple peacefully

The city is undoubtedly the best option for cost benefit, location is booked and with great security. It has easy access and travel ( Uber was always at your disposal quickly). The villa is a resort, has several amenities and the beach is very quiet and beautiful. We would definitely return!
