Chiara's apartment is spacious, tidy, and very clean. Very simple but cozy decor, it makes you feel right in the old family home. Everything matches the decipherment and the published photos. The area is residential, very quiet, with ample parking, however quite close to the center, about 2 km.

Paolos place was like a little part of heaven on Earth. You get the most beautiful designed and refurbished house over looking the valley. A Spicegarden with all the sources you could imagine for your food, silence, and such a good taste in how the couple have made the whole place. There are walks to take and a small beautiful “village” with houses and an old Church nearby. And we could even charge our Electric car at Paolos place whole we slept. I cannot recommen enough

I had the best sleep in this apartment. Lucia was really helpful to give us all the information that we need. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the town and yet so connected to the main town area on foot. I wish we could have stayed longer !

On the occasion of the Gubbio festival, we only stayed one night. Antonella was always very helpful, responded in a very short time and provided us with great directions. The house is in an ideal location, convenient to reach the historic center both on foot and by car. The house was clean and tidy, it had everything you need for a longer stay.
