Air-conditioned two-storey villa in a quiet area south of Perpignan, 20 minutes from the beaches. Parking space. On the ground floor, the house comprises a WC, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large garden with terrace, a private unheated swimming pool (4.60 m x 3 m) and a hot tub. The swimming pool is open from 11 June. The first floor comprises a bathroom, a WC, two double bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), and a children’s bedroom (bunk beds with a pull-out drawer).
