FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
