E' una casa molto accogliente e tranquilla, situata in una zona strategica poiché è vicinissima all'uscita dell'autostrada e dalla tangenziale. A 100mt ci sono le fermate dei bus che in 15 minuti arrivano in centro. Molto comoda anche per l'ospedale Sant'Orsola, Ospedale Bellaria, clinica Villa Laura. A 50 mt Supermercato (Pam), farmacia, tabaccheria, ristoranti, sanitaria. N.B. dal 15/11/25 al 31/01/26 la casa sopra la mia è in fase di ristrutturazione è quindi possibile avvertire rumori.
