We had lovely stay in Rachel's cottage, very private, far from cities and surrounded by only fields with sheeps and farm animals:). Cottage was warm enough, very comfortable, clean and it provided us everything we needed! The location is great for trips and hikes to Eryri national park (approx. 40 min to the heart of National park) and very close to coast with beautiful beaches and castles (approx. 45 min to south)! We would love to get back very soon in the future and explore the rest of the Nothern Wales. Thank you!

What a wonderful place, it was perfect; peaceful, tranquil and close by to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside. The Bothy is well equipped, clean and the hot tub was great. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and always on hand if needed. Many thanks ☺️

Just returned from a long weekend at The Escape cabin, and that's just what it was, an escape! The cabin is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings overlooking the hills and the sea and I made full use of the decking area to sit and bask in the glorious weather and switch off from my hectic life in London. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a short break. David was an excellent host with prompt communication and provided detailed instructions on the cabin and travel. Whilst there I visited Llandudno and Betws-y-Coed, both around a 40 mins drive away. It was also an ideal base for my main reason of going, to climb Snowdon for sunrise, being a 20-25mins drive away. I would highly recommend The Escape for anyone looking to visit North Wales and switch off from the stresses of everyday life, I will definitely return! One thing I would say though is you will need a car to get around.

Myself, my partner and our baby have just had our first trip away as a family at the cottage. The pictures don't do it justice - the place is beautiful and in a gorgeous location. Lots of restaurants/walk recommendations and Victoria was lovely and left us some baby toys so our little one was kept entertained whilst in the cottage. Very clean and felt we had everything we needed. Super helpful and friendly host - would definitely return! x
