We have just arrived home after the most wonderful stay at John’s Barn. Bobbie was the perfect host - and the property - well, all you can say is wow! Our transport-mad toddler absolutely loved the tractor, playground and toy chest - and of course, seeing the real tractor, trailer and diggers nearby. We will be back! We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful house in a wonderful setting. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very close to everything you could need. Hot tub was a lovely addition. Karen was a great host

We had a lovely weekend to spend some time together as a family. We enjoyed being close to the new forest and the beach. We used the on site swimming pool which was great.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. **Location:** The location is absolutely perfect! The views were stunning and we couldn’t wait to take full advantage of the hot tub! **Accommodation:** The space itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Especially the log burner! **Host:** Candice & Dan are outstanding hosts! They were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local dining. **Overall Experience:** Overall, our stay at Club Casita was nothing short of fantastic, although we had to cut this short due to a family emergency out of our control. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway . We can't wait to return! **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

We had our place cancelled last minute and we booked this place a week before we stayed. It was way better than the previous place for not much more cost! Grace was very quick to respond easing the stress of the cancellation. It’s a beautiful home and a very good location. We felt right at home and were very comfortable there. Definitely recommend the house and Grace is a great host!

We had an amazing weekend at The Bungalow in Dorset. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning lake view and the peaceful setting. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The living area was cozy, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bedrooms provided a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, with a powerful shower and fresh towels. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hosts clearly put great care into ensuring a fantastic stay. We loved exploring the nearby walking trails and charming villages, but the bungalow itself was so wonderful that we spent most of our time enjoying its tranquility. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we left feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in Dorset, The Bungalow is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely tractor house to stay in. Has all the things you’d expect in a studio flat. Not very accessible if you don’t have a car fyi (not a fault of the place at all) but otherwise lovely.

We stayed fir three nights in Forget-me -Not, which was peaceful, well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us to be with nature and there were some great nature walks from the door. RSPB Arne is only a short drive away, as is Wareham, which has lots of great local amenities. Jay and Jo were friendly hosts and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay, including a little welcoming breakfast basket. We loved the views across the lake and we'll definitely be back for a spring break next year. I'd highly recommend this little gem.

The caravan’a main living area felt much more spacious than we imagined and there was quite a good sea view. It was right by the amenities yet still quiet. Parking was a little tricky but we have a big car and you can always use the main car park which always had spaces and felt very safe. Lovely resort with friendly, helpful and professional staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Cabin. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. When I initially read that the hosts live above it nearly put me off but I’m so glad it didn’t as we wouldn’t have even known they were there, very non intrusive but all the while on hand replying when needed and very friendly. Beautifully clean cabin. Lovely sunset walk to the harbour and the paddle boards were great fun! We are already planning a trip back to stay here in the summer- can’t wait ☺️

What a lovely peaceful location overlooking the lake! All arrangements and communications were great and Frederick made sure we were settled with friendly information about the property and area. The flat had all the home comforts, was well presented and clean and we really enjoyed the views whilst dining and relaxing! The added bonus of safe parking and the flat being in walking distance from everything ensured we had a very relaxing stay!

Wow!!! What a gem of a place and Jay and Jo were superb hosts who were always on hand if needed. The location is so beautiful and feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but with Wareham just on the doorstep for fab pubs and places to eat. Recommend Old Granary for a drink sitting by the river then the Horse and Groom (?) for fabulous food and great selection for ale drinkers! The studio itself are exactly like the photos and had just what we needed for a weeks stay. The weather was very kind to us so having breakfast outside overlooking the lake first thing made the day start perfectly. Plus having the bonus of a larger lake with kayaks 'ready to use whenever' was just the topping to a great holiday. We will be back. Thank you Jo and Jay as you have an amazing set up and very welcoming.

A bright and airy cottage, beautifully presented with its own pretty garden to enjoy and just outside the New Forest. Close to the M27 but no noise. Lovely to see the Roe deer and rabbits in the grounds. Would definitely recommend.

Jane was an excellent host especially around the Christmas period. Be aware it can be difficult to find in the dark but that was also its charm. The house was excellent for 8 adults & 1 ,4 yr old. It had everything we needed & we cooked a full Christmas dinner without a problem. So easy to get to the beautiful coast where 4 of the group swam twice in the calm waters. Lovely to be able to get a great walk by the lake & around the property if you didn’t want to drive far. Two lovely log fires & we were never short of logs. Charlie & Jane were excellent hosts . We will certainly be back .

Estuary Cottage was the perfect sanctuary for a couple of days. Tucked away on the edge of the estuary it was ideal for exploring the local area. The property was a great size for my parents and I - it had every thing we needed and was lovely and clean, warm and quiet. Susie was really quick to reply with recommendations for the ferry. I would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a peace and calm. The Red Lion pub was a short walk through the field and was perfect for an evening drink / dinner.

We had a brilliant stay at the Pink House! The house itself was beautifully decorated and was warm and inviting - we felt really at home here. Deborah was very friendly and responsive in her communication and sent us lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The garden was really private and we loved the built in BBQ and home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers, and the welcome basket that we're waiting for us when we arrived. The Pink House is in a great location with walks right from the front door and only 15-30 mins drive to the various beaches. We had a wonderful stay and wished we booked for longer - we'll definitely be back again!

We spent 3 lovely nights at Jane’s place, which served as a lovely warm, cozy spot for my family and in-laws. The house was beautifully decorated for Xmas and there was a festive hamper waiting for us on arrival. All 3 bedrooms were very comfortable, each with ensuite bathrooms. Whilst the house is located next to a fairly busy road, we weren’t bothered by the noise and the location was just a short drive to the nearby towns and a selection of good eateries (Rosie Lee House and Daisy Tea Garden make great breakfasts /lunches / cakes). Jane is a responsive host and gave us plenty of tips on where to visit. I’m sure the house also makes a great spot during summertime given the expansive front lawn and bbq set.

Cosy little cottage. We loved the comfortable sitting room with two sofas, comfortable bed, and the big well equipped kitchen. The location is great for visiting RSPB Arne just down the road and Studland Bay is just a sort drive. There are good takeaways in Wareham. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to visit again.

Weir Cottage was the perfect place for our weekend. We wanted to walk in the forest, dip our toes in the sea and do a little shopping so we were very content at Weir Cottage. The garden is an oasis of calm and quiet and was a unique place to relax at the end of the day. Shane was the perfect host and a mine of local information. Weir Cottage will be the first place we'll search for next time we plan to revisit the area.
