Carpentry

Die Country Lodge "Ole Steen" liegt auf einem tollen Naturgrundstück in Tating, nur wenige Kilometer von Sankt-Peter-Ording und seinen weitläufigen Stränden entfernt. Früher wurde der Haubarg als Destillerie und als landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb genutzt. Das Appartement "Carpentry", sowie alle anderen Appartements wurden erst kürzlich komplett saniert. Der Charme des historischen Gebäudes wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien wie Holz, Stein und Metall kombiniert.

Welcome to our cozy apartment Meeresrauschen right by the beach in SPO Böhl. 180 cm box spring bed, private entrance on the ground floor, just a few minutes to the dike, mudflats, and sea. Bed linen and towels included. Flexible self-check-in. Terrace behind the house. The apartment is located right by the Böhler Lighthouse and the kite beach in SPO. Perfect for nature lovers, those seeking peace, and dog owners.

House-Exclusive-Private Bathroom

The 1000sqm property has a sauna house, an outdoor whirlpool for 4 people and an open fireplace in the living-dining area. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.

Hygiene: cleaning by professionals, washing machine directly in the house and freely available. The living room and the two bedrooms were renovated from scratch in 2025 and received a plank floor. In 2026, a new wooden terrace deck was created.

The former farm offers you peace to relax. We offer a total of 5 apartments. The proximity to St. Peter-Ording (Germany's largest sandpit) completes the picture. I bought the former farm in 2014. Since then, we have been renovating and refreshing the apartments and the outdoor area step by step. Please understand that we only rent from Saturday to Saturday during the peak season.
