About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The Lodge - Paradise in the spa and golf region

Our beautiful lodge is located in Hackerberg - on the edge of Southern Burgenland with a wonderfully wide view of Southeast Styria. The location of this dream property in a secluded location is the ideal starting point for your individual vacation. In just 10 minutes you can reach the golf & spa region of Stegersbach, Bad Walterdorf or Bad Blumau. The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours in the area or just to enjoy a barbecue on the spacious terrace.

Holiday home Fortmüller

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Cycling, hiking or simply enjoying the tranquility! Then you will surely find the relaxation you are looking for in picturesque South Burgenland. Or plan a wellness day at one of the nearby spas and explore the region's idyllic villages and wineries. My apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 separate bedrooms) and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
