This small cottage in Vendée combines nature and tranquility. it has been recently renovated on a 3500 m² plot that is completely closed and secure. It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

La Ganache, Pornic gite, Between Land and Sea

Welcome to Chant des Pierres - Entre Terre et Mer. La Ganache is a cottage on our 8000m2 wooded lot, where our house is located, adjoining the second gite Les Mirettes. Green cottage and close to the sea, you will share with La Ganache: 1 heated outdoor pool (from mid-June to mid-September), 1 games room with pool and board games, 1 library veranda, table tennis table, hammock, adult and child bikes + baby seat, vegetable garden, animals (sheep, chickens, cows and cats)

Come and enjoy the elegance of this very nice 20 m2 chalet, fully equipped and tastefully and modernly furnished, where you can enjoy all the comfort you can expect, without forgetting of course its private 25 m2 terrace, which is also fully equipped. 45 minutes from Puy du Fou 25 min to the nearest beach 5/10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon Nature Walk

Distance from La Baule beach: 2.5km, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot
