The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Living room and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the rest on the 2nd floor. A portable crib and highchair are provided free of charge if needed. The public playground is only 100 m away. In the garden there is a small sitting area. A grill is also provided. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is completely closed and for your own use.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.
