We are very happy with our stay. Beautiful view and quiet. We have benefited well. We highly recommend. Our great regret was that we were not able to enjoy the pool as it was not heated.

Recommended! Very well equipped apartment, perfect with children with direct beach access, beautiful view. The apartment is very clean. Joana is very attentive and adapts to our check-in and check-out times. Sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. for your information, electricity is to be paid at the end of the stay.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

There were four of us in the apartment for a week and we felt very comfortable. The amenities were as described, everything present and in good condition. Paula was always available and available to us. The location is great for exploring the surroundings. We had a rental car and for us it was a perfect base. Beach and also restaurants very easily accessible on foot, even with toddler. The street in front of the house is not very passable and does not disturb at all! We will be happy to come back!

Everything went very well, Gerard was the one who received us. He was very kind, everything was very good as described, he recommended some very nice places, we did 4 days and the experience was quite liked since with the van we had no problem mobilizing since you can access everything. on the other hand, everything is very clean 😃 and organized, it is well equipped. I would definitely rent it again. Thank you for the experience.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Location was very good, we had a car and parking wasn't a problem. At the time we stayed the pool was too cold to use but looked clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and also to town centre. James from the management company attended to issues and communicated promptly. All in all a pleasant stay.

We had a great week, great restaurants close by and a great base to explore the local area! House felt like a home from home! Thanks for having us!

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We called this place home for 8 weeks (mid-Feb to mid-April) and it really felt like one. The biggest draw here is the location. It’s on the quiet end of Pine Walk so, when the crowds arrive, you still have a sanctuary. The fact that the sea is a 30 second walk away is incredible and the location couldn’t be better. We came as a family with two toddlers and two dogs and the setup was perfect. Large patio, enclosed, plenty of internal space, two separate “wings” so you can have privacy if there’s a few of you here. Yes, there is a bit of clutter and a few things need touching up, but we barely noticed this during our stay. As for Guillermo… an absolute gentleman and incredible friendly and helpful. Despite my basic Spanish, we made it work. Provided coffee, beer, basics, which was a lovely surprise. If you’re looking for accommodation right on the water in Port de Pollença, you’ll struggle to find anything better than this.

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

We were on vacation with our family in Mallorca (2 adults, 2 children (1 year and 4 years)). Before that, we spent a few days in an all-inclusive hotel, which was much too loud and hectic for us. This place was our salvation, finally peace and a view like a dream. It has everything you need, even toys for the kids and mosquito nets for the windows. The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were traveling without a car, which worked well. We all liked it very much, we would love to come back :) Toni responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating and helpful, we felt right at home.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

A modern home with fantastic views, private beach access and private garage. The balcony and the roof terrace are super nice. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, even for children. Communication with Pilar was smooth and reliable. We recommend the place without restrictions. Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open
