Apartment holiday rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

Rosa met us at the apartment and showed us around. What a lovely spacious place! We’ve stayed in quite a few apartments in Port Pollença and were very impressed with Rosa’s and hope to return soon. Rosa responded immediately to a few queries we had and we felt that nothing was a problem for her. Walking distance to the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops, and a large patio and garden to relax in on balmy evenings!

We stayed 10 days on the spacious property and had an apartment on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and a large living-dining room. It was perfect for us! We were there with 2 adults and 2 children. With the children it was great that there is so much space, the pool is also well suited for toddlers and children (our one-year-old daughter liked to just stand around on the wide first stage, but there is also a separate area, probably about 60 cm deep) and good for distraction if the children are already too active in the morning, but you don't want to walk to the beach yet. But the beach is also close and very nice in Puerto Pollensa (also well suited for children). There is a ping pong table, a foosball, ... We felt very comfortable! The path to the mountain is quite steep and not recommended with smaller children. However, the hawks are also beautiful from below. Also living with the other guests on the premises was pleasant because there is simply a very nice atmosphere. Even the wasps are harmless :). However, you should have remedies for mosquitoes with you. The only thing that bothered us at the beginning (you ideally learn from your mistakes): if you walk barefoot over the former fields/large lawn area, you will find that it is not an English lawn, but there are quite a few thistles in between, which like to drill in feet. So rather with sandals (especially important for the children). You might be able to expand the kitchen equipment - there is no paring knife or pot lid, but of course you can also just get used to it. The most important things - coffee machine, juicer :) and dishes - are definitely there. María is very friendly and always available. In advance it was hard for me to see who I'm actually writing with, and apparently everyone in the family business has access to the messages, but since just before arrival we only had contact with María - and it was great. María is very helpful, has many tips on what to do in the area and which new restaurant to try, and really enjoys her guests. She also likes to respond to extra requests, e.g. we needed washing machine. We'll be back for sure soon!

We are a residential care company and used Antonia's place to take one of our residents on holiday. they had a lovely time and said the hosts were lovely. they said the property was clean and had everything they needed. lovely time had, many thanks.

Very peaceful place, refreshing, in the heart of nature. Typical house. Total disconnection because there is no network and the wifi connection is very weak. Very fast communication with the host.

Beautiful house, very spacious and comfortable. Inside there are a lot of comforts and it's all made available by the host. Equipped for everything: sea, beach, excursions, etc. On the top floor of the house there is a very nice terrace with a wonderful view of the monastery on the hill. Overall a beautiful experience!

Laura was a thoughtful host. The accommodation is in a great location with a view of the mountains!! this one was as described and we felt right at home!! 15 min walk to the beach, restaurants, very accessible by bus!! thank you Laura, we had a wonderful time

I felt very comfortable and was contacted in a friendly manner 1 week before arrival. She was super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The beds were particularly good and cozy. Quiet location, easy to park and ideal for hikes. Beaches and small swimming coves are also within easy reach. I can only absolutely recommend it here and have rarely felt so comfortable. I'd love to come back.

We enjoyed 4 nights in Chad's gorgeous apartment. The apartment had everything required and was a great space. The ground floor meant we had access to the patio and swimming pool.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

I was allowed to stay with my family for 8 nights in Pedro's Apartment. The location is great, close to the beach and the sea, but close to the restaurants and there is a supermarket about 200 meters away. The apartment has 2 pleasant balconies, 1 at the front, during the day with shade and 1 at the back where the sun is all day. The apartment is fully equipped, everything we needed was present. But the most fantastic thing about the apartment was Pedro, Pedro is a great host who goes above and beyond to let his guests enjoy beautiful Mallorca.

We were very impressed with the place and the whole area. We had a wonderful time in a private and cozy atmosphere. We can fully recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back! Very friendly staff, and thanks to the regular cleaning, always a clean apartment as well as towels etc.
